How it’s made
A tube with a diameter equal to its length could be machined with standard technology. Parts with an aspect ratio (length over diameter) of 100Â are impossible to be machined with standard techniques. With ECM this can be realized.
Advantage of using ECM
These parts can only be machined by ECM with a predefined internal structure and surface quality.
