ECM Technologies is specialized in developing electrochemical machining processes for challenging products. The challenge to create an electrochemical machining solution for our customer; that is our goal. An electrochemical machining process to have the part manufactured by making use of the advantages that the ECM process can offer.

ECM Technologies can achieve these targets by offering an electrochemical Research & Development project in 4 phases;

1. Fundamental research to determine the electrochemical dissolving behavior of the customer specific material
2. Application research is required to design the tool and process by delivering a prototype or a specific detail of the requested part
3. Prototype production/ small batch production for customers validation
4. Implementation of the ECM process. At this stage the selection will be made between a standard ECM machine or the development of customized equipment.
