Numerous companies are involved in the development of the metal industry and the various techniques that are applied. These include suppliers, investors, universities, etc. Over the years various networks and cooperation associations have been initialised, especially for the ECM division. Please find below an overview of the cooperation associates who are involved with ECM Technologies or which provide a specific service.
ECM Center
ECM Technologies has initiated in 2008 the foundation of ECM Center, a cooperation of companies involved within electrochemical machining eg power supply suppliers, tooling developers and machine supplier. This group is also presenting the ECM Technology at exhibitions and symposia. www.ecm-center.com
Universities
ECM Technologies has contact with various universities throughout the world for the purpose of researching specific aspects of the process.
Mikrocentrum (High Tech Specialist)
ECM Technologies has been approached by Mikrocentrum to work together with experts in a specific area within a larger High Tech platform. This High Tech Specialist Team consists of 8 companies with their knowledge focused specifically on research, simulation, creating prototypes, production quality and process monitoring of high tech products and systems. The team has regular brainstorm sessions. New ideas and activities can develop here and possibly even solutions for technical problems.
